We are lost among the multitude and so badly want to be seen, so we introduce ourselves as, "I am ___." Identity is important for a person, and that is something that will be agreed on over many spectrums of opinions. Now, I am not writing for children, so I can leave this on the "meatier" side of things. Identity is whatever you can fill in behind the "I am" statement. Some of it may be true and obvious, but some open for interpretation and others still complete fabrications. The greater question to ask is this: "Who do I say I am to myself." Today I am foregoing the usual order of the blog a little, see this as somewhat of an introduction for today. The LORD brought me back to add this in, so you may understand. At this point, I have already received the word for the day, but GOD wanted me to present it to you in a certain way today. You know, sometimes GOD says to us, "I want to show you something." But, because we know about GOD and all that He has done in the past, we can be reluctant.
