I want to show you Something!
Today I am foregoing the usual order of the blog a little, see this as somewhat of an introduction for today. The LORD brought me back to add this in, so you may understand. At this point, I have already received the word for the day, but GOD wanted me to present it to you in a certain way today.
You know, sometimes GOD says to us, "I want to show you something." But, because we know about GOD and all that He has done in the past, we can be reluctant. So, GOD says, "walk, go to that mountain" and we walk to it (well, today most of us today will probably pray and ask, "GOD, is it okay if I drive there?") So, we get to the mountain and GOD says, "climb it" We start climbing if we are obedient, but maybe there is still this opinion that nags us, "do you really want to climb a mountain?" or "are you sure this is what GOD said you must do?"
So, we consider it, but we climb in any way; because GOD said He wants to show us something. Now of course, you should know that this mountain is just a resemblance of something you might be going through. It is something, you don't want to go through; and neither did you have an interest to pursue something like it; or expected that something like that will befall you. But, because you know the Lord said that He would never test you above your ability to overcome, you push ahead and through it all to see what GOD wanted to show you.
I suppose, at this point it is fair to say; that is just if you even heard the first call to the mountain. You see, so many times we drive around the mountain to see what is on the other side. We take shortcuts and heaven forbids, cheat. But the Lord did not say to get to the other side, He said, "Climb." So if you are climbing that mountain, here is the message from the LORD this morning.
Stay the course, My son. Yesterday was prepared for you, and look, you made it through. So, will each day be prepared for you; if you trust in Me. Though a mountain may be before you; know, you conquer it as a flat plain; one step at a time, sure footed. Secure yourself in that cord you heard of; for it shall not break soon. When 1 and 1 comes together, then you have 2; and 2 and 2, and 4 and 4, and eventually a multitude. So are the steps of him that, steps ahead, securely, in Me. Yea, at first you win just one battle, but as you progress in victory, so you win the war. Still just one step at a time; adorned in My Armor. And I shall give you a crown and call you My son. Yea, what is a lost son, once he is found again.
Before you are many waters; clean, muddy, brackish and salty. Quince your thirst with what is clean, drain the water that is muddy and build a city that will protect the weak. Yea, that which is brackish and foal, throw it out; and what is salty, boil it and soon you will have salt to season your meat. Of all that you find, keep that which is good and discard that which have become of no use. A fool will only slow down your progress; keep him afar off. Give not in to his foolish ways, but let him plague those who loves foolishness.
What is better, to do something that you are forced to do or to do something because you are grateful? Let your obedience be as such. For, one is done in revolt and hate; the other is done in Love and Trust. Which is better then? What is truly more pleasing? In Me, you have ONE to Trust, by the Love you already have. I am the LORD your GOD; I am your fortified wall. Yes, indeed; favour is better than grace.

Introspection:
As a reader, you see the final product here. Pretty much like a painting at the completion of it. But I am blessed to see it come together under GOD's guidance. Take this as a testimony, because this is not of me. Yes, I get up and do the daily reading and do my bit there with notes; but all is under the direction of GOD. He is the conductor of this Symphony of life. I read and pray and wait, then I receive the Word of the day from the LORD. Then He guides with the layout and content; even how to express what I feel inside. The LORD gives words to it, he set the visual stage and instructs for the song of praise. I am blessed to be a pen in GOD's hand.
Each day, I climb this mountain GOD speaks of. I climb it, even when pain shoots through my back for it. Because I know that the LORD will give me something to understand better today, than I did before. Now, you can choose as you please. You can drive around the mountain if you are so inclined; but I will climb the mountain to the place where GOD wants me to see my reality from; which is High and lifted up. We each get to choose if we wrestle in the mud with pigs or whether we soar through the air on the wings of an eagle. I will climb the mountain and find out what GOD wants to show me. Yes, I will wake up early in the morning and put my efforts up for His cause, even when people come against me for not doing what the world expects of me to do. Why? Because I have scaled many cliffs of complexity with the LORD; and each time, He showed me more and more. So you make your choices, and I will make mine, for I choose the LORD above all others; of all that can be found in heaven and on earth, even under the earth. There is none that compare to my GOD.
