It is not my intention to do a breakdown of Revelation, this is simply reading through the book and having a personal reflection on what is read and what we witness in the world around us.

Revelation 6 KJV

[1] And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. [2] And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. [3] And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see. [4] And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword. [5] And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. [6] And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine. [7] And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. [8] And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. [9] And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: [10] and they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? [11] And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled. [12] And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; [13] and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. [14] And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. [15] And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; [16] and said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: [17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Friends,

I have just lost all that I have written so far, when I tried to bring this verse in. The verse opened in the app, instead of on the web page. And, I have been at this for about an hour and a half. But, Romans 8:28, good will come of it.

Matthew 24:44 KJV

Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Where were we? What is being prevented from going out? I was writing about the time we are in, and how the sixth seal closely resembles what we see playing out right in front of us. But, the build up to this moment is now lost text.

Maybe, I was being too long-winded.

In short then, yesterday we learned how we have a shortfall viewing eternal matters from a place within time. Things are simply not always what it seems to be at first. The spirit of anti-Christ has been active since Christ was on the earth, and the church has been persecuted and in tribulations since the 1st century. Peace has been removed from the earth for the longest time, and warfare is common practice, though it may not be in our own country. Exchange in goods have been measured by the coin for the longest time too, and the church persecutions have deposited believers on every continent that we know of. Now, we have all these that are digging out bunkers in the ground to be ready for all versions of the apocalypse. They call themselves doomsday peppers.

Friends, we are simply deeper into the book of Revelation than what we think. That is the short version of it. I gauge us to be here at the start of the sixth seal, awaiting the earth to be shaken and every mountain and island to be moved just as it is written. I would be more pleased if I could tell you that it was in prophetic speech and just symbolic, but, from the evidence that I have seen, this seems to head the way for a very literal way of playing out as it is written here precisely.

Now, do we have the time here to look into it all at this moment? No, sadly, we don't; for the sheer amount of references alone will overwhelm you just in daily reports. Each day now, I post all relevant links to follow on the BlogSpot posting. Each of us were called to keep the watch. We have to get away from spoon-feeding ministries, and each will have to take up his post as he has been called.

Revelation 6 is like an alarm, who then is still pressing the snooze button time and time again? By now, you should have oil in your lamp, ready to receive the Groom at His return. Still, all this being said, and there is much more that can be said; what is most critical for us as believers to know? We are the saved, and Christ Jesus is our Savior. He is the One that will redeem us back to God, just as we read in Revelation 5, sung in Heaven before the Throne of GOD. While we keep the watch, we are removed from fear, for He that is coming to judge the world is our Savior.

Do you think it is by chance that the Book of Revelation starts out with the letters to the churches? That is how we may know how to be ready. And really, the letters are like reminders of that which was first learned in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. So, while we look up, because our redemption draws near, we look within to overcome that which is still in contradiction to the Word of Truth, purging iniquity from within ourselves, as we walk after the righteousness of Christ. In this day and in this moment, we are in the process of preparation and deliverance, being sanctified from within by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. So, that we may indeed be ready to receive our Groom, that our Husband may take us Home to be where He is.

These things we are shown here are so we may know that we shall not faint for what we see come upon the earth. It will surely come, and the Rock of our Salvation, in Him is our trust, that He will make a quick work of our Salvation and redeem us back to God, where we may receive our crowns of Life. Christ will present to himself the church, without blemish; without spot or wrinkle. Even in the twinkling of the eye, in one moment, brought into perfection by Christ our Lord.

As I trust Christ for my Salvation, so trust I Him, for yours.
